The patient is 2 weeks post-op from labiaplasty and clitoral hood reduction (CHR) and has been gradually resuming daily activities. While movement has become easier, longer periods of walking still cause swelling and soreness, which she manages with icing and Tylenol. Outings in leggings and jeans were tolerable but not as comfortable as baggy clothing. Mentally, this week has been more challenging as she adjusts to the healing process and visible unevenness, with stitches still present and some areas not fully closed. A stinging sensation has replaced earlier discomfort, but there has been no new bleeding. She is returning to work with a lifting restriction and is curious to see how her body will handle extended time on her feet. While things still appear lumpy and swollen, she is beginning to see a more normalized shape emerge and remains hopeful for further improvements in the coming weeks.
