What a great office with good communication and staff who is present to help the patient not just herd them in and out like cattle. The process of making an appointment went smoothly and I was able to get in when my schedule allowed. I had two questions written down to discuss and I was happily surprised when Dr. Lupo took the time to respond to my questions and explain everything during the visit. I plan on continuing to see her in the future and if you are looking for a new gynecologist, I would recommend her. I haven't had any issue with the insurance so I am assuming they do a good job taking care of that. They were going through some construction in the office when I was here, so I will get an updated picture on next visit.

I called to make a new patient OB appointment and was denied. I expressed my concern for preclampsia, as im a "geriatric" mother and was told to go to the ER. Being concerned about my health and the health my unborn baby, I went. NOTHING was wrong. I was treated for a migraine and nausea that incurred us a $900 medical bill, which could have been avoided with a simple in-patient assessment.
Although, I'm glad to know that the doctors here are not capable or willing to attend to anything less than a textbook pregnancy.

I’ve been calling for 3 days to make an appointment. Not only no one picks up the phone, I’ve been on hold for more than 20-30 mins each time before I give up. I was just on hold 4:10-4:47, decided to hang up and call again just to find they went home early again and they are closed by 4:47 instead of 5. I’ve lost count how many times this has happened in the last 2 years. Time to look for a new gyno since there’s never someone to take my call. Too bad since I liked this last doc but I just can’t take the shitty service anymore

I’m not someone who would leave a negative review unless I truly believed I needed to share my experience with this practice to help others avoid the pain and suffering that I endured from the lack of education and competence of clinicians.
I saw a total of one NP and two MDs for a simple acute gynecological issue that was improperly treated and left me with chronic pain to this day. I went to appointments biweekly for more than 2 months and at each appointment I was gaslit and not offered A SINGLE LAB TEST despite being in chronic pain that left unable to work and perform daily activities.
How do I know my issue was acute, preventable, and very easily treatable? I finally sought out a second opinion at a new obgyn practice where one lab order and one round of antibiotics relieved me of 5 months of chronic pain!!
Please do your research, advocate for yourself, and stay persistent - especially when you’re being gaslit as severely as I was at this practice.
