This clinic has a special place in my heart. In the last couple years, I've experienced severe pelvic pain and have visited with multiple doctors from Tennessee to Nebraska. Each time, Dr. Maly has been the only doctor who was able to find the source of my pain & fix it. He is kind, listens well, and super knowledgeable. I'm so thankful for this clinic!

Do NOT go here if you have any disability. There is a team of nurses here who shames patients . We had been coming here for 15 years and they acted like we hadn't been long time patients. They literally made it impossible to get the care we needed. One nurse talked over us as we became more worried and confused then disconnected our call?! Either they had never made notes in their charts on our condition or they simply didn't care! When we called back they lied to us and said we hadn't been in ,when in fact we were there less than three months ago! We were unable to get the help we needed and on top of this, we are scared and vulnerable. Never been so horrified by treatment. We trusted them! Who becomes a nurse to treat people like that? It's particularly shocking since we had only experienced good things from doctor. We will be filing a full complaint.

DO NOT BOOK WITH NURSE PAULA!!! I will not ever come back to this clinic as long as she is there since my experience with her was so concerning. She does not respect her clients, and she does not respect consent. When the topic of scheduling a pap smear came up, she immediately had an attitude over my hesitance and was pushy and dismissive of my concerns even after I tried explaining my last pap smear was painful and traumatic. When I asked if there was at least a way to reduce the pain, she scoffed at me and told me that pap smears are never painful and that if I can use a tampon then the speculum will fit just fine with no pain. When I told her that, yes, even tampons hurt sometimes, she just shrugged it off and insisted she "won't hurt" me and will "make it fit" anyway. I ended up canceling the pap smear appointment she pressured me into scheduling, and she was audibly rude yet again when I explained I'd rather go somewhere else.

Extremely unprofessional and upsetting experience. I initially called to schedule a new patient appointment and was told a nurse would follow up. About an hour later, the nurse (Fran) called. She insisted on taking all of my information before even discussing availability—only to tell me it would probably be at least a few weeks out. She admitted she didn’t have access to the schedule and wouldn’t be the one booking the appointment. She was cold, dismissive, and the conversation left me in tears. I was then transferred back to the front desk and was able to get an appointment for next week—not a few weeks. When I told the woman scheduling how I’d been treated, she completely brushed it off. No apology. No concern. Thankfully, I called elsewhere and found another provider who got me in the very next day. When I called to cancel with this office, someone answered and either tried to transfer me or put me on hold—but just hung up instead. I don’t have time for this kind of chaos. If this is how they treat new patients, I can only imagine how it is once you’re actually under their care.

I've been a patient at Women's clinic since I moved to Lincoln 20+ years ago. This includes having two children under Dr. Maly's care and annual checkups routinely. Today, I called to make my annual appointment and had a very poor experience trying to schedule a time that worked best for me that I finally told the appointment scheduler I would have to go somewhere else which she answered, 'okay, sorry'. I am very disappointed and will now be looking for a new provider.
