Currently a patient here and my experience has just been COMPLETELY AWFUL. This is my first pregnancy and the entire experience hasn’t been pleasurable because of Dr. Jean-Gilles. He’s constantly asking me questions about my pregnancy that he should know as my doctor, I’m waiting long long times to be seen for a few minutes, and I'm constantly having to call the office to demand things be done on my behalf. There’s no reason why I should have to call the office to get my prescription sent to my pharmacy when prescribed something, no reason I should have to be on y’all about my NIPT test, NOTHING. Tired of being dismissed and I can’t wait to change doctors. If I could give a 0 rating I ABSOLUTELY would!!!!!

I delivered both my babies with Marc. The team was nothing BUT amazing! My first pregnancy was HIGH risk and he took me at 20weeks pregnant when others were hesitant. Marc along with his team consistently reassured me and provided the support I needed physically and emotionally. Which is Rare in the clinical setting. My second child was 9lbs and 2oz, don’t ask me how but he delivered me without a tear or episiotomy! Lol… I recommend them to everyone

They are great! I been with them for a good minute, took a year off from my depo shot and came back this year, everything is still the same. This is the only place i would go to, especially with Mrs/Ms. Davia Cleveland MA there. She is wonderful and has a great personality and makes things easy for you as well as Dr. Jean Gilles when I met him for the first time, very friendly and professional setting.

They get a plus 0 from me I normally do not write reviews but this was the most violating and uncomfortable and unconcerting coming from the staff and the doctors I've ever experienced out of all of my pregnancies I was 38 or 39 weeks pregnant my OBGYN was originally in Gainesville I explained that I wanted to deliver at Northside hospital because of bad experiences at Northeast Georgia she then advised me that I would have to search and found a OBGYN in Lawrenceville that would take me so late into my pregnancy and with my insurance so Abundant Life was able to do that. My appointment was at 2:15 when I got there it was a long waiting time didn't leave until 4 also I was told that I would see Dr. Gilles the son instead it was his dad Marc-Andre Jean-Gilles his he 75 to 80 years old his white coat had stains on it the office was nasty stains and holes on the ceiling and all over the wall the Max/ Marc-Andre the dad violated me by placing his fingers pinky in my bottom and one finger in my front 🤘 I told him that he had his fingers in the wrong spot and the audacity of him to do that while my fiance was in the room so my fiance stood up real quick and was standing beside me the rest of the way I stood up so quick I didn't even wipe off the dad was looking like a deer caught in the head lights the dad Marc-Andre Jean-Gilles almost forgot to do the ultrasound we had to remind him of that. Marc-Andre Jean-Gilles the dad had to call the son Dr. Gilles and let him know what was going on we had to ask the dad to ask the son for a appointment for an induction date and was able to get one for that Thursday April 13th the following week on Tuesday April 11th early that morning I was contracting and bleeding I went to the Northside hospital that morning. when seen by Dr Gilles he checked my cervix mind you this was the first time me seeing him and he only spent about 10 minutes in the room with me and then tells me he doesn't work on Wednesdays and come back Thursday I knew I wasn't going to make it Thursday that's why I went to the hospital he sent me home that day and I went into labor at home April 12th at 2:30 am and my fiance had to deliver our baby on the living room floor definitely do not recommend!!

Made an appointment through Zocdoc,drove from McDonough to Lawrencville. Arrived 15 minutes early like instructed only to wait 30minutes to speak with the receptionist and be told that the schedules don’t align and I could not be seen.
