I have no idea with some of these comments that are written about this doctors office. They’re false I felt very welcomed even the ladies in the front was very informative on what I should except especially with my pregnancy I was very excited since this was my 3rd pregnancy. Dr. Gilles was always present even when I gave birth he did amazing I will never forget the support and care and his staff gave me. Thank you keep up the great work Doc. God bless

Booked an appt online through zocdoc days in advance. Recieved multiple confirmations for my appt and even called the office in advance (they didn’t answer and I was sent to the answering service). I completed all my insurance verification and ubered to the appt. I arrived to an office where there was no doctors on staff. The person at the front stated that they don’t “book” appointments for 1:30pm. She also said no doctor was available for several days because they were out.
She told me zocdoc doesn’t have the right times or schedules but when I gave her my information, it all came up in their system.
This was a huge inconvenience and disappointment.

The office is very clean. The wait isn't very long. Everyone there is very helpful. Dr.Gilles Bedside manner is a A+. He's very understanding and listens very well to come up with a plan for all of your needs. With having to switch OB/GYN, I was a little nervous, but I'm glad that I found this locations

Loved Dr. Jean-Gilles. The office always made me feel welcome and remembered me and my husband. Dr. Jean-Gilles never made me feel pressured to do something I wasn't comfortable with. I was a week late and he didn't press a c-section. My daughter came on her own. In labor Dr. Gilles was such a great coach. Him and his staff gave me the extra boosted of confidence to push my baby girl out. I felt taken care of and will definitely have him deliver any future babies I have.

Worst experience ever!!! The worst!!!! I did my appointment 3 weeks in advance and wrote a note that I need ultrasound (I had 2 tumors in both ovaries and I need to do ultrasound every 6 months). For last few months I have problems with my period and in last week I have pain in my ovary. When I came in the lady at front desk told me they don’t do ultrasound at the first visit. 15 min later they invited me inside, checked my weight and blood pressure and escort me to the room. 30 minutes later I went out to ask when someone will see me. And the lady at front desk said I need to wait more for a doctor. 10 minutes later the nurse or whoever she was came in and said that doctor will not come and they have to reschedule (total time since i arrived was 1h 15min). I asked her if she can do bloodwork at least and she said that she has to ask. 5 min later she came back and said she can. They took 3 tolls of my blood and I left. 5 minutes later that nurse called me and said that they can’t
proceed my bloodwork because I need ti be seen by the doctor first!!!! I asked her how it’s possible if she went to ask first. The only answer I got was “sorry for inconvenience”
Thanks God I found walk in ultrasound place as the cyst was found. If you want to save your health-don’t go to this place!
