Dr Perry is one of the best doctors I have seen and a down to earth person. Patient and compassionate. I am so happy with my choice. Don’t bother going anywhere else.
The previous practice I tried to see (down by the river in River North) was so annoying they wouldn’t even talk to me when I was 7 min late because I was supposed to be there 15-30 min early, which they didn’t tell me. This practice has significantly more consideration for me and my time!

This medical office’s handling of my mother’s care was deeply disappointing. After her ultrasound, we were told that no results could be shared over the phone and that we’d need to wait for a follow-up appointment 11 days later, leaving us completely in the dark and unnecessarily anxious.
Out of concern, I contacted the imaging facility directly and was able to obtain the report within minutes. The findings were normal and non-urgent. There was no legitimate reason the office couldn’t have communicated that or provided basic reassurance.
This felt like a clear case of bad faith, prioritizing billing for an unnecessary office visit over transparent, compassionate care. Under the 21st Century Cures Act, patients have the right to timely access to their medical records—including imaging results—without delay, unless there’s a valid, documented medical reason. That simply wasn’t the case here.
Withholding normal results, causing needless stress, and forcing an office visit for financial gain is unacceptable. Patients deserve honesty, empathy, and respect—not silence and manipulation. I hope this office seriously reconsiders its policies and rededicates itself to the people it claims to serve.

By far the most unsettling experience I’ve ever had. Dr. Perry still has yet to reach out and follow up and it’s been almost a year. The representatives are so rude and do not have any customer service skills when calling into the office. So if you’re expecting a high level of service do not get your hopes up. The bare minimum services is completed at this office. Do expect any call back any of your questions to be answered or and clarity when coming to this establishment. I came for a service and to be completed and yet I’m still waiting on the follow up. Dr Perry is never available, so when spending all this money I expect great quality experience. Don’t waste your time at this location.

Dr Kafali is an EXCELLENT doctor! She was recommended to me by another gynecologist when I was having fertility issues about 15 years ago. She delivered both my kids ages 12 and 5. She knows me inside and out (LITERALLY)! I’ve seen a whole different set of officer personnel. They are, for the most part, excellent as well. A few not so good have come and gone (fast). All in all, nothing can keep me from Dr Kafali being my doctor. Sometimes I feel like she’s my primary care doctor!!
