Scheduling in general was a goat rope, they're impossible to get ahold of. Then they cancelled my infant's surgery via voicemail with less then 24 hours notice. It was timed for her to be able to fly comfortably, leave had been taken, daycare cancelled. They had been aware for a week that they hadn't correctly submitted authorization to our insurance and chose not to share that information until it was too late for us too do anything. I did not, and do not feel comfortable allowing an office that operates like this, to operate on my child, they abandoned her to pain, over voicemail. I was told by staff that "as a mom," they understood my situation and wanted to help, didn't want my baby to suffer on a flight do to their error. I said great start calling friends and find me another doctor with availability. As a mom, I have gotten another surgeon to operate before their office bothered to provide that promised referral. "Patient Care" starts in the office and I can confidently say they don't care.

E. Ritter Sansoni, M.D. The first appointment I had with him was excellent. It was one of the best surgeons I have for my sinus, and I found out I had fluid leaking from my brain area. When I told him I had surgery done in that area ten years ago from another ENT. Dr. Sansoni explained to me what needed to be done over again and why I had to have surgery to fix the problem before it got worse. I'm very pleased with him and his team in the office. Definitely, please, with the surgery I had. I'm healing up well. I have been telling my friends who where if they have sinus problems. Awesome customer service skills. Last but not least, making appointments with office staff is nice and easy. I thank you all for your great care.

Chloe was very helpful with getting our appointment scheduled and the office staff were very kind, friendly and helpful. Dr Hiland was awesome. She made my son feel comfortable, she made my son and I feel heard and really listened to what we had to say. So glad we were able to be seen by this team.
