My experience with Dr. Jill has been great so far. I finally feel like I’m on the right path to get clear answers and treatments. She really listened to me and believed in the symptoms I was experiencing. She has a great knowledge of rare conditions and had many ideas for treatments that could help. The staff were great and made me feel comfortable. I will be recommending her to everyone from now on!

Unfortunately an all around unpleasant experience. My consult with Dr Woodruff was just fine, but the policy of a deposit required within 3 days made me feel pressured to pay upfront for a service I was unsure of. After deciding I wasn’t ready for a $7,000 surgery - my $1400 deposit was nonrefundable, and there were no other services I felt I could redeem. They either lacked the providers or didn’t return my call. After 8 months of back of forth, including me becoming a single mom and losing my job, desperately needing that money due to my circumstances - I received no empathy or alternatives but to try a service just to get my moneys worth. For 8 months I begged the office to consider my situation. I’m now dealing with blurred vision from trying Botox with a new provider. I have received aesthetic services elsewhere and have never had any issues. I wish I never went in Feb and left them a large amount of money I have lost out on and put my health in jeopardy. Please consider the livelihood of your patients and be willing to help them out as people, not just money thrown from a lost customer. I really hope this side effect dissipates. My opinion will not, sadly.
