I am at a loss for words. Just 7 days ago I went to Dr Horn for a face lift . I have had ZERO pain, I was not even uncomfortable to be honest. I returned back to work after three days (keeping it light duty) Following their post procedure directions to the T, I didnt even have any bruising! (which was my biggest fear) I had some slight yellowing that could easily be covered by foundation.
The staff is amazing. All of them are friendly, have smiles and get along so well with one another that it was like going to see family.
I am of course still puffym but I cannot wait to see the results and I look forward to having another proceedure with Dr Horn in the future!

I visited this office over a year ago and was interested in a lower face left. I allowed them to take a down payment on the procedure. In the meantime, I had some serious health issues that actually required surgery, and I called to tell them that I would not be getting the facelift anytime soon. I was told that I could reschedule at any time, however, I was not told that I would never get my down payment of $1500 back If I decided to not go through with the surgery. After the surgery I’ve had in the past year and a half, I decided I did not want to undergo any more surgery of any kind. I then started trying to contact their office to get my money back. I started probably eight months ago, emailing, calling, and no one ever returned my calls or my emails. Today I received word that I will not get my money back.. i’m assuming they have something in very tiny fine print on the paperwork I signed saying there was a time limit for me to get my down payment back. They conveniently didn’t respond to me so that the time would lapse. I believe this is theft. Plain and simple, I wouldn’t trust these people to walk my dog let alone perform surgery on me. Take heed.

I came into the clinic for a procedure. The front desk staff was always welcoming and friendly. I developed a trust with the doctor and felt relieved. I met two more times with the doctor and had my surgery. Everything went well They met with me the next day and called to "check up" on me. I would recommend this clinic hands down. I look great. They made it easy. Thank you.

My experience at the Bassin center has been lovely. The way the staff and Dr. Tom Kosowski treated me, made me certain this is where I wanted to do my procedure. I even brought my mom in for a consultation for her face lift, and again, the doctor and staff treated her very nicely.
Dr. Kosowski was very sweet with my mom and has a wonderfully disarming way about him that is one of the most important things during a consultation as you're already feeling a bit insecure.
During my procedure, I felt very comfortable and well taken care of. The doctor and staff were in excellent communication and so far just the day after I feel great. They have checked up on me and have answered all my questions. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and I look forward to seeing the results when they do my mom's procedure as well.
