Dr. Kollar discovered I had contracted CMV during my first pregnancy. She took such great care of me throughout the birth of my first-born. Once moving back to North Texas, many years later, and looking for a doctor, I found out she was practicing less than 10 minutes from me. It was a no brainer. Dr. Kollar is very easy to talk with and truly cares about her patients!

They will not inform you on important test results. I had an ultrasound on September 7, 2024. This office received the results on September 9, 2024. They denied having the results. I asked the lab to fax the results again. I spoke with a staff member and she verified that she had the results and that Dr. Kollar would review the results and give me a call. It has been over a month with no update on the test results. I went by the office almost two weeks ago to request my records. I have not received a call informing me that my records are ready. I will NEVER let Dr. Kollar provide me with any future treatments. If you care about your overall health please consider going to someone that can fully do their job and have competent staff employed. You will not find it here.

Dr.Kollar is by far the best dr out there. I’ve been seeing her for almost 7 years and she is so compassionate with her patients and knowledgeable. She truly always wants the best for her patients. I am super thankful she delivered both my babies and made the process easy for me and made sure I was always comfortable and okay before and after my pregnancies. The staff is awesome too! Definitely recommend her 10000%.

Front office is Rude! They are all over the place and never smile or great you with a welcoming smile.
The NP I really liked up until I this year, the office seems to not be very organized to the point of the NP that has your medical records and you have been seeing for over 2 yrs is asking you what medication you are on and fail to advise me of precautions for medication she was going to give me.
I have never seen the actual Dr. I was thinking of scheduling an appointment for the actual Dr. But I would rather not deal with the front desk lady Sandra she made me want to change physicians over all. Ive had enough of her unkind demeanor.
I my self worked for an OBGYN for over 5yrs and would never speak or act in a disrespectful manner with patients no matter the circumstances.
The one nice thing I have to say about the practice is Deitra has always been very kind and a professional with me.
I hope these issues get corrected so that other patients do not go through what I have.
