Dr. Kollar and Magen are absolutely phenomenal! I recently went in for a Skyla IUD insertion and after reading the 1 million horrific, traumatizing stories, I was honestly petrified. However, Dr. Kollar educated me beforehand, cracked a few jokes and insured me that the insertion wouldn’t be painful, and it wasn’t. If anything, it was a bit uncomfortable but definitely manageable. Her and her assistant made conversation with me the entire time to make sure that I was okay and made the process so easy. As for Magen, she makes my annual check up a breeze, comfortable and is so down-to-earth! Very blessed to have met Dr. Kollar and Magen!

I cannot stress to you enough to avoid this office at all costs. I have never experienced such lack of professionalism and incompetence. The OB Carolyn K is great, but her front office staff and insurance/ billing manager will ruin her business and her reputation. The front desk rep Sandy or Sandra is consistently rude in person and on the phone. I have called and inquired and she cannot help me and will not give me the time of day. She immediately transfers me to Miranda’s voicemail. Miranda is never available and will not correspond via email even though I have begged to get any communication on my situation. And I have begged and pleaded for her assistance. They were supposed to get my claims filed in June and waited until mid August to file them and they filed them incorrectly. And I believe she purposely filed them incorrectly. They were fully aware months in advance that I was not getting my labor and delivery services provided by their office and yet they filed them like that. They informed me I would receive a refund for the charges and months have passed and I haven’t received anything. They have stolen $1856.56 from me. I have no choice but to file a complaint through my insurance provider, file a complaint through board of healthcare, and pursue the refund via small claims. Also, if you look through their reviews the two common themes are rudeness and billing issues. Do not give this business your money or time of day. There are more professional and honest businesses out there.

The doctors seem nice but the ladies up front DONT CARE they have no sense of urgency to file things with the insurance nor care to get your information right. They will transfer you to a line that only has voicemail. If you look at other reviews they are all complaining about the same thing. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else where they value their patients from the front desk to back room.

I absolutely loved my experience with Dr. Kollar, Megan NP & their staff. Everyone works great together establishing a nice flow in the office. I was a high risk twin pregnancy with twins and this office was truly a God send. Every visit I was pleased by the care provided. At 6 months I was hospitalized. It was devastating& very difficult to process but I will never forget Dr. Kollar’s care given. She went above & beyond taking care of me. From direct phone calls to her rounding on me personally every day while hospitalized. At one of my checkup appts, a staff member just about brought me to tears letting me know the whole office had been praying for me after that scare. I’m forever grateful for this office getting me through my first pregnancy, especially during a pandemic! I will gladly recommend this center. The service here is truly heart- felt!

I love the staff I love the doctors I've been going to Dr Kollar for 18 years. She is wonderful. She has an excellent bedside manner in a superb sense of humor.
