Cherokee Women's Health Specialists

My experience has been above and beyond wonderful at this practice. Dr. Haley and his staff actually care. I have a rare case of health issues that I am dealing with and was beyond frustrated with a previous practice and not receiving enough help from them, I switched to Cherokee Women's Health and have been blown away by the experience. Staff is friendly, and actually reads your chart and notes to know why you are there, not just assuming that you are just another routine patient. Dr. Haley actually listened to what I was going through, and had the knowledge to best tackle my situation, combined with he actually WANTED to help me. This has made all the difference in the world and has greatly increased my quality of life. I am grateful I found this practice.

My experience thus far has been wonderful. I am impressed with the efficiency of appointments, customer service from the staff, and the professionalism and compassion from my doctor. To clarify - I drive 45-60mins to come to this facility and will continue to do so because my experience has been so great and it's worth it. If an woman is seeking help regarding her health, this is where I'm going too from now on, and I recommend you do the same. They stay on top of the latest literature and my experience has been awesome!

I recently moved to Georgia from Florida and was nervous about finding a new healthcare provider. My past experiences with doctors haven’t always been the best, but from my very first visit to CWHS, I was pleasantly surprised! My provider, Gabrielle Powell, was incredibly kind and genuinely cared for her patients. The entire staff is warm, welcoming, and impressively efficient—I’ve never had to wait more than 10 minutes for my appointment. I truly appreciate their attentiveness and commitment to quality care!

I initially was drawn to this practice because of the rave reviews and have received good care in the past. However, I feel like this practice only cares if you are trying to have a baby and/or are expecting one. While the other staff members I have interacted with (techs, nurses, front desk, MAs, etc) have been pleasant, Dr. Haley is the main, if not sole, reason I am choosing to go elsewhere. I left my last appointment feeling like my questions had gone unanswered & that my concerns were dismissed. I was just a number. He also did not seem concerned when there had been changes in my last scan. The only reason he was able to recall it is because the person who was charting in the room for him actually pulled up the note: shout out to her because she validated my concerns. I understand everyone is human and has their bad days, but I felt like he just wanted to get on to the next patient & out the door. Additionally, when I was trying to get my appointment moved up because of sudden pelvic pain and was put on the PA’s schedule because they had an available opening, the physicians assistant wanted me to go and see Dr. Haley. I was just concerned about getting seen and did not have a preference on which provider saw me, but I find it very frustrating that this care team does not allow people to see other providers as their schedule is available. The only reason that I am giving a two star review at this point is because of my retroactive experience with them. I will not be going back.

I recently switched practices because I did not feel like I was appreciated at the last practice. However I was very pleased with my first visit here and how quick the process was. The doctor was very nice and easy to work with, along with all of the admin and nurses!
