I visited Eterna Cosmetic Surgery for a Vampire facial (microneedling with PRP) and loved the experience. I had about a day of peeling and after the first 24 hours my skin looked rejuvenated. I have melasma and have since noticed my skin brighter with less pigmentation.
The office is beautiful, clean, modern and welcoming. I returned for a consultation for vaserlipo and Renuvion J plasma on my waist area ( the barbie waist procedure.)
Dr. Hernandez was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and explained the procedures to me in detail, with what to expect and answered all of my questions.
I felt very comfortable and absolutely recommended her. She truly cares about her patients and put all my concerns at ease during the consultation.

Dr Hernandez is the best! I have used eterna cosmetic services for over 2yrs. And I have always been happy with the final results. She makes things so easy to understand and explains everything thoroughly with much knowledge on products being used. Dr. Hernandez has made the process in making decisions about cosmetic procedures and products so much easier for me and greatly appreciate her support. Furthermore, Eric is always a pleasure to check out with as he always has been a great help in letting me know of any monthly specials that may benefit me as well. Eterna Cosmetic surgery and Medspa exceeded all my expectations, the place is gorgeous and clean. I highly recommend Dr Hernandez to anyone seeking cosmetic surgery, she demonstrated exceptional skill and clear communication. Arianna was my aesthetician for my Pumpkin facial, she is super attentive and helped me feel super relaxed and comfortable during my treatment. She, also did my TruSculpt treatment to contour my abdomen and waist, she explained every step of my session, which made me feel more confident. 10/10

Dr. Hernandez and her staff were all very professional and Dr. Hernandez work was clean and helped me with the image I desired. I am still anxious to have some touch up work performed and I don't trust anyone except Dr. Hernandez. But for now I am so pleased with the fat transfer to breast augmentation. This procedure made my breast's look less angular and gave a more smooth transmission from breast to chest. I highly recommend this procedure for moms who have lost the size they once had due to nursing. Thank you again.

I had high expectations for my procedure and appointment. 1st fl don’t ever get sutures or threads to lift jowls I was told they last up to 5 yrs. They lasted 2 months.
2nd after receiving confirmation from the office via text about my follow up today my experience was disappointing and frustrating. I arrived on time for my appointment and found no one at the front desk initially. After about 10 minutes, when a staff member arrived, I was informed that I wasn't listed in the system, despite the confirmation text I had received. After showing the message, I was told to wait, as they would still see me.
I was patient, understanding that things can sometimes get busy, but after 20 minutes of waiting with my work commitments in mind (I was using PTO for this appointment), I was informed that I would be called back shortly. Unfortunately, it took another 15 minutes before I was actually called in.
I value and respect people's time, especially when using personal time off for an appointment, and this experience was far from efficient. I hope the office will improve communication and punctuality in the future to better serve their patients.
By the way in the way out I heard them talking about another dissatisfied client and the female to make responded “well you can’t please everyone”.
Not with this type of service.
