Dr. Macphee and her staff are unparalleled. Dr. Macphee & Sue worked diligently with my insurance at the time to have my procedure covered. She ensured that I understood everything and helped me make the best decision in sizing. Dr. Macphee and her staff followed me closely post op to ensure I had no issues. Dr. Macphee is truly amazing! I had surgery 1 month ago and I’m so thrilled and grateful with the results. My entire experience from consultation, preop, surgery, and post ops have been wonderful! I had GRS performed 16 months prior by another surgeon, after which I had many complications and found the surgery had been performed incorrectly. Amazingly, Dr. Macphee repaired the many mistakes previously made and corrected all issues that arose from 16 months of healing incorrectly. The results are nothing less than life changing joy and happiness! I’ve cried happy grateful tears many times this last month when I think of the discomfort I had prior to Dr Macphee helping me. Words just can’t express how grateful and happy I am that I met and was repaired by Dr. Macphee.

My true wish is that so many could reach Dr. MacPhee. She is an incredible surgeon with an equally incredible bedside manner. Her staff is also incredibly compassionate and professional. Her level of communication, confidence, humor, and guidance is one of a kind. The healing of my child was so very successful because Dr. MacPhee so thoroughly remained in contact for months post surgery, even. We never had an unanswered question. Truly, my child is a transformed and empowered light. I can never say thank you enough. ❤️

Had surgery 6 months ago.
The surgical procedure went well, but some complications came up afterwards- these things happen, I got unlucky.
Dr.Macphee handled everything extremely well, knew what to do, and made sure something that could have very easily been a big problem, ended up being a small problem that I am fully recovered from, and my life has improved from both the procedure and her treatment.
She has the experience to know what she's doing when it's most needed, and she handled my fear and reassured me that if I followed the steps and the process things would come out good in the end, and they did.
The one bad thing about her practice is that it's on the second floor, and you have to climb some steps to get there, which is hard immediately after surgery. Not sure what can be done about that!

Dr. MacPhee's expertise and technique have made the preparation for, recovery from and procedure itself amazingly easy. She is a pleasure to work with and genuinely cares about her patients. I healed quickly and virtually scar free. I've had several compliments on the results of her handiwork and I couldn't be happier.
