As a healthy and active 70 year old woman, deciding to undergo plastic surgery was not something I took lightly. From my very first consultation, Dr. Salazar made me feel completely at ease and I genuinely felt that he had my best interest at heart.
I initially had a breast reduction/lift and three months later, I returned for a skin-only tummy tuck. My biggest concern with the tummy tuck was the recovery time—worried about how much of my life that I would put on hold while healing. At my age, time is my precious commodity. Dr. Salazar assured me that I’d be back to my normal routine in 2 weeks and he was right!
The combination of these two surgeries has given me years back. I feel rejuvenated, and the way my clothes fit makes such a difference in my confidence and happiness. These surgeries—I call them my 2 bathrooms and kitchen remodels—are the best decisions I could’ve made for myself, and I’m grateful to Dr. Salazar and his wonderful office team. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Dr. John Smoot and his nurse partner are the best!! They are such pleasant people and made me smile every time I came in. Had a wonderful experience here. Hospitals usually make me feel uncomfortable, but this surgery center has rooms that make you feel like you’re at home because of the comfy furniture and nice beach-themed interior decor. The entire process was seamless and I felt respected, cared for, and supported throughout the entire way. No surprises and very transparent about things.
