I had an amazing experience at Changes! Dr. Clark is incredible – from the very first consultation, he made me feel completely at ease and helped ease any anxiety I had about the procedure. His expertise and professionalism truly stands out, and I felt confident in his care every step of the way. Nurse Alex is also amazing, so kind and supportive, and the entire staff made me feel welcome and cared for. Everyone was so attentive, making the whole experience comfortable and positive. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this center to anyone looking for excellent care and a warm, friendly environment!

About a year ago, I had a breast augmentation and lift with Dr. Rossi at Changes Plastic Surgery, and I truly could not be happier with my results! After significant weight loss, I was left with sagging that made me feel less confident, and I knew I wanted a surgeon who could give me a natural, balanced look while still achieving my desired size. I consulted with several surgeons before choosing Dr. Rossi, but after seeing his before-and-after photos and speaking with him and his team, I knew he was different. Unlike others, who told me I couldn't achieve the size I wanted due to skin elasticity (or worse—because "it wouldn't look good," Dr. Rossi took a completely customized approach. His work is truly an art form, and it's clear that he tailors every procedure to the individual. My results look and feel completely natural, symmetrical, and proportionate to my body—exactly what I had hoped for! But beyond his incredible skill, what truly set Dr. Rossi apart was his knowledge, energy, enthusiasm, and the warmth of his entire team. From my very first consultation, I felt genuinely supported and valued. Special shoutout to Nicole and Maddie—you both made this experience so much fun! Every visit to the office was met with kindness, professionalism, and a contagious excitement that made the process feel fun rather than nerve-wracking. This was my first cosmetic surgery procedure and my first time under anesthesia, so naturally, I had some jitters. But the level of care, communication, and reassurance I received—before, during, and after surgery—made all the difference. Now, a year later, I can confidently say this was one of the best decisions I've ever made (I know it sounds dramatic, but it's true!). My confidence has skyrocketed, my scars are barely noticeable, and I finally feel like the best version of myself. If you're looking for a surgeon who doesn’t do one-size-fits-all work, but instead takes the time to understand your body and aesthetic goals, Dr. Rossi is the one. Walking into this appointment i was anxious. However from the moment I stepped inside the office I was warmly greeted with smiling faces. Meeting Nicole and Dr. Rossi was so relaxing and comforting. Reading reviews and seeing success stories is a great part of doing your research but feeling comfortable, hers and understood is something entirely different. The entire experience was amazing. I feel like not only am I in good hands with Dr. Rossi and his staff but I feel like I’m cared for.

I have always had the most positive experience at Changes. Every staff member has not only been professional but also kind and welcoming. Their is so sweet and friendly. I’m sorry I don’t remember her name but I believe she is of Latin descent. And then there’s Katie Paige RN in whom I have the utmost confidence. She’s got an artist’s eye and knows exactly what she’s doing. I feel extremely fortunate to have found her. She’s also been willing to listen and even check in on me at a time when I needed extra support while undergoing treatment for cancer. Changes is the best!!

The entire process with Dr. Paul Clark has been such a wonderful experience and I am so pleased with the results. Dr. Clark was so patient and helpful with answering all my questions and calming my anxiety about every aspect of the pre and post surgery procedure. He has always been available to address any concerns and I have always felt his desire to make sure I am completely comfortable with all phases of the surgical procedure. I was very skeptical at my consultation due to my age and anxiety but Dr. Clark quickly made me feel at ease and addressed every silly question I had with complete information which eased my mind and soul.
