Dr. Alavi and his team provided an exceptional experience. He demonstrates a high level of professionalism combined with genuine kindness. The staff is friendly and inviting. After searching for the right doctor for a mommy makeover for four years, I finally found him. The entire process was remarkably straightforward, and I am thrilled with the results. I have referred several of my friends to him, and they have been amazed by my transformation. I would not consider going to anyone else, especially given his affordability. My procedures included a tummy tuck, muscle repair, breast lift, and breast implants. The absolute best hands-down!!

Dr.Alavi knows his stuff. He was very straight forward and realistic about the results that could be achieved didn’t try to sell me a dream. Very safe and was considerate of my concerns. I have two friends that don’t know each other go to him one younger one older he did a great job with both. I was originally going to Miami but was hesitant. Did more research on Dr.Alavi and saw great reviews he’s definitely not an amateur and has been certified since 1993 his license is clean which I think is important. I’m a little over a week post opp now. And love how things are coming along. His anesthesiologist does have a strong personality but I don’t get easily offended as long as the job gets done the way it should. Which it did. The entire staff is professional, efficient and friendly from start to finish. Very much available. I got calls the next day from his Anesthesiologist and then a couple days after that to see how I was doing. Hands down the #1 Surgeon in San Diego. I feel like every Dr has a signature style or “look” and he definitely had more than enough photos in his book for me to view and I wanted something more on the natural side which is exactly what I got. At least for the breast augmentation. I received a breast lift as well. And lipo sculpture. Really pleased overall can’t wait to see the final result when all the swelling has gone down. I will be working with him indefinitely for all my needs going forward.
