I had Pilonidal cyst surgery with Dr Rosenberg on November and I am very happy and relieved I decided to have my surgery with him. I drove from Miami and the worst part might have been the drive back because it was so far other than that the recovery has gone amazing so far and I would recommend Dr Rosenberg for anyone dealing with Pilonidal cyst.

I am thankful for Dr Rosenberg. We drove from Pensacola, to Tallahassee for him to perform Pilonidal Cyst surgery on my son, and would do it all over again. After seeing a Dr in Pensacola, and doing some research we found Dr Rosenberg. The Dr in Pensacola was wanting to do the Wide Local Excision which would've been more painful, a longer recovery time, would've required packing everyday, and a high risk of it coming back. Dr Rosenberg performed the Cleft Lift Procedure which is the way to go. His staff is also excellent. We have had nothing but good care from the first time calling to schedule the consultation appointment. My son had surgery yesterday, we seen his nurse this morning( who is by the way outstanding), and now we are headed back to Pensacola. Now he is on to the road to recovery. We can't thank them enough.

Dr. Rosenberg is awesome. I appreciate his thoroughness and honesty from start to finish. He is extremely knowledgeable and is great at setting realistic expectations for all of his patients while also providing top tier skill and professionalism. He performed my surgery a few months back and I couldn’t be more grateful for how comfortable he made me feel during the entire process. Aside from Dr. Rosenberg being the best surgeon I’ve been to (and I’ve been to many) I’d like to highlight his PHENOMENAL Surgical Coordinator, Lauren. It almost brings tears to my eyes when I think of how hard she fought for me to receive the care I so desperately needed. When I was trying to get approved through my insurance for my keloid removal (chest and abdomen) she was my greatest wingman. After several denials from my insurance, it was Lauren that consistently encouraged me to submit an appeal to my insurance. I felt so defeated after hearing “no” so many times that I figured submitting an appeal would be pointless; as it seemed my insurance had already made up their mind that they wouldn’t cover the cost of my procedure. I neglected my duty to advocate for myself for weeks and months on end, despite Lauren’s continuous effort to convince me. She called and emailed me to check on my mental state as I battled with the idea that I may have to live with the discomfort of my keloids forever. Finally, after being stubborn for so long, I had one final conversation with Lauren before the deadline of my appeal submission. She called me on a Tuesday morning and spoke so many words of encouragement to me. And asked me one last time to try and appeal the decision of my insurance. And that’s exactly what I did. I wrote a long letter to my insurance; being as vulnerable as possible and stating all the reasons why I so greatly needed this procedure done. I sent the letter off to my insurance and in just a few days, I received the best call of my life. It was Lauren calling me to say that my appeal had been approved, and I was finally going to get the treatment I needed to put me out of my misery. Once approved for my surgery, Lauren helped me schedule a date for my keloid removal and the rest was history. I say all of that to say this; Lauren is absolutely heaven sent. I felt so helpless and needy for so so many years of my life because I thought I’d have to deal with the pain and discomfort of my keloids forever. And had it not been for Lauren pushing me to advocate for myself against all odds, I’d still have that same hopeless dream of getting the treatment I needed. I can’t believe how patient and kind Lauren has been through this entire process. I’m so grateful that she found it in her heart to see me as more than just a patient. She treated me with the same concern and diligence as someone would their mother or sister. She pushed me to use my own voice for the betterment of my future. She made me feel seen and heard from the time I first walked into South Eastern Plastics. She respected my feelings enough to speak to me with the upmost gentleness. But most importantly, she is the reason I regained my confidence. Without her, I would have never submitted that appeal. I say this next statement in all sincerity; Lauren saved me from a long life of self-esteem issues. If I could give Lauren’s service one MILLION stars, that’s what I would do. She is clearly passionate about her work. And that very passion is why I would recommend Dr. Rosenberg’s office to anyone in the Tallahassee/surrounding areas. He sure knows how to pick em. He hit the jackpot when he selected Lauren to be a part of his staff and I am forever grateful for that. I will never stop screaming from the roof tops that Dr. Rosenberg and Lauren Gillespie changed my entire life.

Dr Rosenberg is the absolute best. He has surrounded himself with the unmatched staff. If you study customer service this would be the place as a benchmark. My teenage son required cleft lift procedure for a pilonidal cyst, he was graduating from high school and aspiring to join the air force, and it was crucial this go well. From the staff to the surgeon, everything went well. They were compassionate, informative, and excellent with communication. The surgery scar at eight months, has healed remarkably well. My son has been cleared to join the USAF as a result of the skilled intervention of Dr Rosenberg. we owe him greatly!! Thank you Dr Rosenberg.
