Dr was very professional and had great bedside manner. Both locations I visited were clean and had trendy furniture. My consultation was quick and easy. I was given finance options. My coordinator was friendly and sent me messages via text for my convenience. The Price was not too bad for the procedure.

I rarely leave such low reviews, but my experience with Dr. Damen was uncomfortable, unprofessional, and deeply disappointing. This review isn’t just about the fact that he showed up nearly 30 minutes late to my appointment, which is already unacceptable, but about his inappropriate behavior and lack of respect throughout the visit. I came in with a clear plan and a face map for preventative Botox, something I’ve done before and know works well for me. Instead of honoring my wishes, Dr. Damen dismissed my input, talking over me and insisting that his "many years of experience" somehow justified ignoring what I asked for. He began commenting on the lower part of my face, suggested a lip flip (which I didn’t ask for), and claimed he “wasn’t trying to sell anything,” even as he continued pushing unsolicited suggestions making me feel uncomfortable about my natural features that I love. It didn’t stop there. During the procedure, he veered into personal questions, asking if I was married or had kids, and started talking about his regrets in life + being a miracle when he was born. It was invasive, inappropriate, and made me feel incredibly uncomfortable. I wasn’t there for a therapy session, I was there for a simple cosmetic procedure. To top it off, he claimed he was giving me “extra units at no charge” as some kind of gift—but I know exactly how many units I typically get at my previous clinic. He showed me the price but didn’t explain anything to me. It felt manipulative, like he was trying to frame it as generosity while actually charging me for the same treatment I normally receive. I ended up paying about $60 more than usual because of his “generosity”. Basically, the charge was in-line to the units received but he played it like he provided me with a gift, which is incredibly manipulative. After two weeks, the results are fine but not aligned with what I asked for. The Botox didn’t fully address the areas I typically treat, like a subtle hood lift and a wrinkle in my forehead. Overall, Dr. Damen's behavior came across as condescending and self-serving. Instead of treating me like a client with valid goals, he seemed more interested in asserting his authority and talking about how he's a "humble, family man" who’s done this for decades. None of that changes the fact that he disregarded my wishes, made me feel uncomfortable, and charged me more for additional units I didn’t want and a service I didn’t receive as requested. If you’re considering this clinic for a straightforward Botox treatment, I strongly recommend going elsewhere. Patients deserve professionalism, respect, and transparency, not manipulation dressed up as kindness.

Dr Damen is the best. He is so professional so kind and always willing th a smile on his face. The pretty girl was th the black hair and blue eyes is very nice also can’t recall her name she sits at the front desk.
