I want to start by saying that I drive three hours to come here because they are all so amazing and do a wonderful job! I have been a patient for several years now. I get my dysport and fillers done. They do an impeccable job. Everyone is so nice and professional More recently, I had the pleasure of having my neck and eyes done by Dr Hess. He is amazing. His work is absolutely beautiful. I look like myself just younger. He is a great surgeon. You are in great hands. Am going to be scheduling a tummy tuck with Dr Hess because he does such an incredible job. Valerie is fabulous!! Rachel And Selena, you are fabulous. Everyone is fabulous there thank you all so much for such an amazing experience.

Today, early for my appointment at 11am. I am extremely frustrated with the service I received today. I arrived at least 10 minutes early for my appointment, only to hear multiple people's names being walk in and get called before I did. To my astonishment, at least 7 people were called before me. After waiting for what seem like an eternity, I realized the scheduling wasnt being respected. People who arrived after me were consistently being taken ahead of me, which was not only infruiating but a waist of my time. Given the blatant disregard for order and fairness. I decided to cancel my appointment on the spot. I am appauled by the lack of customer's time. It was not like this before, therefore if they can't manage their scheduling, and prioritize fairness. I recommend not this service to anyone.

I just turned 31, I have been here for 5 injection appointments now and want to give a review specifically based on the others I’ve seen, as well as my own experience. Virginia, my injector, and the entire staff here are extremely kind, warm and easy to ask questions and talk to. I’ve seen some ugly reviews regarding appointment times, but I don’t mind if my appointment is sometimes a few minutes late, because I know the reason is because each of the injectors take their time to answer questions, provide information about any future treatments you’re interested in and are NEVER pushy. That level of transparency is my favorite thing about seeing Virginia, she treats my face and my wallet like they’re her own and puts my mind at ease with any concerns about my aging skin and appearance, and the types of products available. They pride themselves on making themselves affordable, and even offer Groupons on occasion, which I appreciate so much because if I had found them a few years ago when my wallet was tighter I would have certainly appreciated being able to treat myself and feel good as a then single mom. But along with being affordable for all, means they get a lot of first timers who deserve the same reassurance and knowledge that more experienced patients may already have. I’ve been to lots of med-spas and cosmetic treatments, but this is the first place I’ve had injectables and will continue to be my only for years to come. Schedule your appointment with some flexibility and grace in mind, and trust they will take great care of you and you’ll have a great experience! 🩷 PS - My boyfriend also had Lipo-360 done with Dr. Sohn and we love his results, he will be posting his review once his healing has progressed.
