I recently underwent a procedure with Dr. Grover and am thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. From the initial consultation through post-operative care, Dr. Grover demonstrated professionalism, attentiveness, and surgical expertise.
He took the time to listen to my concerns and provided clear, thoughtful explanations, ensuring I felt informed and confident in my decision. His approach was both compassionate and patient-centered, making me feel valued and understood.
The office staff mirrored this professionalism—efficient, friendly, and well-organized. They maintained excellent communication and created a welcoming environment that put me at ease.

If I could give 6 stars, I would! Amazing experience from the beginning to the end. The staff was very friendly and welcoming as soon as I entered the office .Jamie was absolutely wonderful. She is so knowledgeable and professional yet kind and so gentle. She took the time to make sure that I was comfortable during the treatment and took her time to review the results at the end. She has a very warm and comforting energy. My treatment completely exceeded my expectations! Dr. Grover came in to check on me and to make sure my treatment was going well .At the end of my treatment , Dr. Grover showed me the different treatment rooms as well as the OR. The entire facility is so meticulous and beautifully decorated . Dr. Grover is extremely professional and kind and made me feel so welcome. I look forward to my next appointment at Grover Aesthetics!

I had an exceptional experience with Dr. Grover and his team. From the very beginning, Dr. Grover made me feel completely comfortable by truly listening to my goals and understanding what would work best for my body and lifestyle. He has an incredible eye for detail and his extensive experience is evident in the quality of his work- My results are everything I wanted and more.
Dr. Grover's office manager, Karen, was helpful and thorough throughout the entire process, and his surgical nurse was absolutely amazing- so kind, attentive, and supportive both before and after my surgery.
I highly recommend Dr. Grover to anyone considering surgery.

Dr Grover is the best in the world! He will put you at ease. He never makes you feel silly about asking questions. All my nerves disappeared! His surgical work is unmatched. He is a total perfectionist and it shows. Would go to him time and time again!!!! The office staff is the best in the world! They greet you with open arms and make you feel like a best friend!!!! The whole office environment is so warm and inviting. They are the absolute best. I am legitimately sad that my healing is over because I will miss going into the office!

My father was a surgeon, so my number one criterion is to get the best of the best despite other failings, such as bedside manner and wait times, but with Dr. Grover, nothing was compromised. I got all the best care, respect, time, kindness, and, most importantly, an excellent surgeon and results. He gave me exactly what I wanted: a natural appearance and a youthful look that matched my internal feelings. Since my surgery, no one has asked me if I had a facelift, but countless people asked me what I did. The best comment came from my electrician, who hadn't seen me in a year. He plainly said, “You look younger.”
Dr. Grover uses the latest surgical techniques and equipment. He performs surgery in his accredited surgery center, assisted by a fantastic team. Before surgery, he took his time explaining the procedures and putting me at ease. Everything went according to schedule.
I cannot say enough about Dr. Grover’s staff. Every one of them made me feel welcome and beautiful. They were always friendly and attentive, returned my calls, and answered my questions. All are gems.
I wouldn’t hesitate to use Dr. Grover in the future should I decide on another procedure.
