I am deeply disappointed with the lack of professionalism I experienced at this office. I booked an appointment, yet the provider failed to show up for work, and the office did not notify me in advance. Instead, I was prepped for the service, only to be informed afterward that I needed to leave. The service was much better at the Wabash location.

I had been having so many issues with my bladder. No doctor could tell me what was wrong. Kept saying I had a UTI, when in fact it was not. I went in to see Dr Williams and she knew exactly what was wrong with me. Turns out I had PBS(Painful Bladder Syndrome). To be able to finally find a doctor that was able to tell me what was wrong with me was EVERYTHING! She was so nice, very knowlegable, and professional. Her office is beyond beautiful! Amazing staff and outstanding customer service! If you are in need of a OBGYN please go in and see Dr.Williams she is the BEST!

After researching laser vaginal rejuvenation, I found Dr Williams. As a post-menopausal woman, I was concerned about a procedure such as this. My first visit was a consultation. I felt welcomed, from the ladies at the front desk to the visit with Dr Williams. I am so pleased with my experience. The laser rejuvenation has been well worth my time and money. I have regained my intimacy and happiness. Unfortunately, my insurance does not allow Dr Williams to be my gynecologist. However, I'm glad I chose this office for my laser procedure.

This clinic is poorly run and they double book their patients. I sat in a room, naked, waiting almost an hour for a pap smear. Once the doctor came in, she was barely apologetic, got pissed off that I was annoyed about her being an HOUR late and stormed out of the room and sent a PA.
