Every interaction with Jessica has been wonderful. I believe that she listens to me and understands my needs but also does not push to do something I'm not ready for. In my time with her I feel like I can trust her, which is so important in choosing the right provider. The staff are always friendly and make feel at ease at happy when I leave and arrive. And there's a great coffee cart in the lobby. Perfect.

I had the pleasure of working with Jess for my treatment, and she truly put all my first-time worries to rest. From the moment I stepped into La Jolla Medical Spa, I felt completely taken care of. The front desk staff greeted my husband and I with a warm smile, instantly making us feel welcome. The paperwork was straightforward and quick, which was a relief.
Since this was our first time getting a laser treatment, we had some apprehension about what to expect. However, that uncertainty quickly faded once we were escorted to the treatment room and introduced to our Nurse Practitioner, Asby. She took the time to explain every detail of the procedure and post-care, ensuring we felt comfortable and well-informed. Her expertise and professionalism put us at ease, and we knew we were in good hands.
Now, two weeks after our appointments, we are absolutely thrilled with the results! I had the BBL laser to address pigmentation and sun damage, followed by the Halo laser to stimulate collagen and soften the fine lines around my eyes and mouth. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. My husband had broken capillaries on his nose and cheeks, and they have faded significantly. We were informed that it might take a couple of treatments for optimal results, which we anticipated going in.
Overall, our experience at La Jolla Medical Spa was exceptional. From the friendly staff to the expert care we received, we left feeling confident and well taken care of. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

You get what you pay for with injectors. Amy B is one of the best! She listens to your needs, and then lets you know how she will get you there. She even followed up personally to check on me the day after getting some fillers dissolved to make sure that I was feeling good about it. She is a true medical professional with a wealth of knowledge. The support staff is incredibly friendly and helpful as well.

I recently had a Hydrafacial at the La Jolla Med Spa. Brittany was fantastic! Like all the other treatments I’ve had at either the La Jolla or Carlsbad location, Brittany was highly qualified, efficient, very knowledgeable, and just friendly and lovely. My skin is generally pretty clear, but Brittany did some great deep cleaning which apparently I did not realize I needed. My skin feels radiant and glowing. She recommended a few in-house products for me, but was very low key and not pushy about purchasing. The Elastin tinted with spf is fabulous!! Super light weight, but has some coverage to even skin tone. She also provided a written list on morning and night routines for me. Above and beyond! Unfortunately, Brittany is being relocated with her husband so she will no longer be at this location. I’m disappointed, but all the providers and aestheticians I’ve used have been top notch and I always feel comfortable that they know what they are doing. Kate at the front desk is so adorable and sweet and helpful! Overall another wonderful experience! Thank you!
